We focus organizational effectiveness efforts on priority service transformation work that improves the services our residents rely on.
Louise Folk is the Chief Transformation Officer and oversees:
- Leading the City’s Transformation Office which is tasked to drive the 14 priorities identified through the Efficiency Review
- Holding accountability for innovation, technology, strategy, analytics, results reporting and implementation of the Energy and Sustainability Framework

Louise is a community developer who feels privileged to work in her home community of Regina. She is committed to sharing her experience from the private sector where she worked with municipalities across Canada in customer relationship management, organizational effectiveness, strategy development and execution, as well as service reviews.
Louise is a graduate of the University of Alberta who has studied women in non-traditional roles at a post-graduate level. Louise has worked with public, private and non-profit organizations for over 25 years.
