9th Avenue North – Winnipeg Street to McDonald Street
A two-day project to rehabilitate the road shoulder will take place along 9th Avenue North between Winnipeg Street and McDonald Street. This work is being complete to promote drainage and protect traffic by increasing the shoulder width. This project will be completed in two phases to avoid a full closure.
Drivers may want to consider alternate routes as work will take place along 9th Avenue North:
- Starting at 7 a.m. on Friday, October 11, 9th Avenue North between Winnipeg Street and McDonald Street will be closed to eastbound traffic for one day.
- Starting at 7 a.m. on Saturday, October 12, 9th Avenue North between McDonald Street and Winnipeg Street will be closed to westbound traffic for one day.
Traffic will be detoured. Watch for signs. Work is expected to be complete in two days, depending on weather or unforeseen circumstances.
