Albert Street – 23rd Avenue to Hill Avenue
Starting on Monday, August 3, the project along Albert Street between 23rd Avenue and Hill Avenue will begin the final phase of work. This project is being completed to improve sections of concrete pedestrian ramps, curbs and gutters, as well as resurface the roadway.
Phase two kicks off at 7 a.m. on Monday, August 3 with removal and paving of the asphalt road. Drivers may want to consider alternate routes as traffic will be restricted to one lane in each direction between 23rd Avenue and Hill Avenue. Intersections will be closed as the paving progresses through them.
This work is weather dependent and paving is expected to be complete in one week.
