Beat the winter blues with City Recreation and Leisure Programs
The City offers hundreds of affordable, fun leisure and recreation programs to keep you and your family active this winter.
The City’s winter/spring Leisure Guide is available for online viewing November 29 at Regina.ca and features many program options to choose from.

Relieve stress and feel great in your dress with Brides in Training workout program offered at the Fieldhouse. If stepping up your golf game is your goal, try Golf Fitness for small group training that focuses on endurance, flexibility, strength and balance.
Registration is easy with Regina Recreation Online, which offers a fast, easy and convenient way to browse, wish list and register for City programs.
