Experience an Evening with Snow Art

The City of Regina, in collaboration with Nuit Blanche, is featuring local artist Hilarey Cowan’s outdoor, nighttime art installation titled Save As at the Neil Balkwill Civic Arts Centre. 

Cowan’s 2020 exhibit from the Nuit Blanche Night showcases light-based works of art created in snow.  Available to experience nightly until 11 p.m., residents can bundle up and take a look around the centre - a perfect night walk for all ages.

The installation will run until mid-March 2021. Parking is available at the Neil Balkwill Civic Arts Centre parking lot.
