Keep active this fall with City recreation and leisure programs
The City offers hundreds of affordable, fun leisure and recreation programs to keep you and your family active.
Residents of all ages and abilities can find the right fit in the City’s fall program offerings, available now for viewing. Parents with young children can explore their creative side with Art for Baby and Parent, while teens who love drawing robots, super-spies or futuristic cityscapes may want to try Let’s Draw Cyberpunk. If getting out and active is your goal, try beginner level Strength Training 101 or combine aerobic and strength building with the Nordic Pole Walking Workshop.
The 2019 fall line-up includes many new program options to choose from. Registration is easy with Regina Recreation Online, which offers a fast, easy and convenient way to browse, wish list and register for City programs.
Registration for programs starts at 7 a.m. on August 13 for residents, with non-resident registration starting August 15. You can register for programs online at Regina.ca/recreation, by calling 306-777-PLAY (7529) or in-person at any one of the City’s recreation facilities.
