Landfill
To help contain the spread of COVID-19, customers are encouraged to use payment with debit or credit cards and avoid cash. The City reminds residents to tarp and secure loads when transporting material to help reduce litter in and around our city.
Yard Waste Depot
This free service helps to keep yard waste out of the Landfill and produces compost. Residents can drop off their non-elm branches, grass clippings, garden waste and leaves at the depot located south of the Landfill on Fleet Street.
Yard Waste Depot Guidelines:
- This is a self-serve depot.
- Use paper yard waste bags or reusable containers.
- Plastic bags are not compostable. You will need to remove your yard waste from plastic bags at the site.
- No hydraulic trailers.
- Commercial loads are not permitted.
Please remember to keep a safe physical distance while dropping off waste at the Landfill and Yard Waste Depot.
