The City of Regina provides the opportunity for everyone to have safe, accessible, inclusive fun this winter. Now, more than ever, you may feel the need to get out and get some exercise. Additional activities and programming are offered to help residents with physical and mental wellbeing in these challenging times.
Today, you can go online to find Regina’s Winter Leisure Guide. With over 600 programs running from January through to the end of March, there are options for all ages and abilities. Maybe you want to learn a new hobby? Or get your kids out to try different sports to burn off some extra energy? Perhaps you’re trying to perfect your posture with a little yoga?
Registration for programs starts at 7 a.m. on Tuesday, December 15 for residents, with non-resident registration starting Thursday, December 17. You can register for programs online at Regina.ca/recreation, by calling 306-777-PLAY (7529).
The health and safety of our community and employees is our top priority. We continue to follow all guidelines from public health officials for the delivery of our programs and services. Facilities have been set up to ensure physical distancing and enhanced cleaning protocols remain in place.
