Plan to Take Mosaic Stadium Shuttle to Jurassic Park Regina
The City of Regina is proud to partner in bringing the Raptors viewing parties to our community. Nearly 14,000 people went to Jurassic Park at Mosaic Stadium to watch Monday’s game on the MaxTron screen.
It’s expected a record will be set on Thursday as the Toronto Raptors go for the big win in Game 6. Residents are invited to watch the game on the giant screen and, for an added treat, the Riders game will be broadcast at 5 p.m. until the Raptors start at 7 p.m. For event details, visit Evrazplace.com.
Mosaic Stadium is an iconic gathering place that was built for our community to come together and experience momentous events just like this.
To help residents get to the game on Thursday, the City is offering FREE transit shuttle service to Jurassic Park Regina.
Between 5 and 6:45 p.m., residents can take a transit shuttle to Mosaic Stadium from the following pickup locations:
• Southland Mall
• University of Regina
*Northgate Mall was not available to participate due to conflicting events.
For information on pickup times and locations, visit Regina.ca.
Return shuttles will start at the beginning of the fourth quarter and end one hour after the game.
Those driving should remember that parking will be limited and there are traffic restrictions on Lewvan Drive, Albert Street South, Dewdney Avenue and throughout the downtown. As with any Rider game at Mosaic Stadium, Elphinstone Street will be closed at 2 p.m.
