Public Open House for proposed development at 4th Avenue and Lewvan Drive
The City is reviewing a Zoning Bylaw Amendment application for the property at 4400 4th Avenue. The developer has submitted a proposal to build a multi-use building development that will include restaurants, retail, gas station and car wash, professional offices and an educational institute.
Residents are invited to a come and go open house to learn more about the proposed development:
Tuesday, March 3
5 to 8 p.m. come and go
St. James The Apostle Anglican Church
1105 Empress Street
Free refreshments and children’s activities provided
City staff and representatives of the developer will be available to answer questions.
Feedback is accepted until March 10 and will be summarized in a report to Regina Planning Commission (RPC) and Council this spring for consideration.
