Road Restricted - 9th Avenue North - Courtney Street to Pasqua Street
Starting Monday, June 1, crews will begin drainage work along 9th Avenue North between Courtney Street to Pasqua Street.
This shoulder grading work will help to ensure runoff from the road drains towards the ditch, as well as eliminate steep drop-offs for safety.
Eastbound traffic will be restricted to one lane. This project will be completed in phases between 9 a.m. and 4 p.m. Monday to Friday as follows:
- Courtney Street to Rail Tracks - June 1 to 5
- Rail Tracks to McCarthy Boulevard - June 8 to 12
- McCarthy Boulevard to McIntosh Street North - June 15 to 19
- McIntosh Street North to Pasqua Street - June 22 to 26
This work is weather dependant and expected to be complete in four weeks.
The health and safety of our employees, crews and community are top priority for the City of Regina. We are working closely with contractors and crews to ensure pandemic protocols are in place so work can be carried out in a safe and timely fashion.
The City of Regina thanks residents for their understanding and patience. Slow down and be safe. Workers and their families are relying on you.
