Regent Par 3 Golf Course

April 15, 2019

After gathering input from residents on how to best redevelop the Regent Par 3 Golf
Course site, the City is presenting four design options for the future of the space.

The 4.89 hectare (12.08 acres) site on McKinley Avenue is being redeveloped to
provide new residential and recreational opportunities for the area. After engaging
residents on a wider range of possible uses, the City is seeking feedback on four
different design options that bring together what the public indicated was most
desirable for the site.

You can get involved in two ways:
Community Consultation
Tuesday, April 16
6:30 to 8:30 p.m. – come and go
The Gathering Place - Gymnasium
4001 3rd Avenue N.

• Residents can review and provide input on each of the design options.
• City staff will be present to answer questions.
• Children are welcome! Refreshments and activities will be provided.

Online Feedback Opportunity
Monday, April 15 to Thursday, April 25

• Go online starting at noon, April 15 to provide your feedback on the four proposed
options.
• The online site will present the same information that is provided at the Community
Consultation. You can review the design options and provide your comments.
• It’s convenient if you can’t make the Community Consultation.

Once this information is gathered from the community, City Administration will bring
forward a recommendation report to Committee and Council later in 2019.

The Regent Par 3 Golf Course will be open for the 2019 season.
