Upcoming traffic restrictions for Tuesday, April 2
Starting at 9 a.m., work to repair expressway lights begins along the Ring Road at Broad Street westbound toward Albert Street, then returning in the eastbound lanes. Impacts to traffic includes speed reductions. Work is anticipated to be complete in one week depending on the complexity of the repairs, weather and other factors.
Starting at 9 a.m., the intersection will be an all-way stop for the morning as crews repair the traffic signal cabinet. In addition, southeast traffic will be restricted to one lane.
Starting at 8 a.m., northbound traffic will be restricted to one lane for one day as a contractor repairs a cable line.
Starting at 7:30 a.m., traffic will be restricted to one lane in both directions for one day as crews repair a water leak.
Starting at 8 a.m., the eastbound curb lane will be restricted for three days as a contractor completes underground cable work.
Starting at 9 a.m., northbound traffic will be restricted to one lane for up to one day as crews return to this intersection to repair the overhead traffic lights.
Starting at 7:30 a.m., Whelan Dr will be closed to eastbound traffic for one day as crews repair a water leak. Detours will be in place.
This work is dependent on weather and other unforeseen circumstances.
Transit riders are encouraged to check with Regina Transit to determine if any restrictions or closures impacts their routes or bus stops.
