Update Mailing Address

This Assessment & Tax eProperty function enables you to change your mailing address.

Steps to Update Mailing Address through your eProperty account

Under Assessment & Tax eProperty

  1. Select Change Mailing Address

  2. Select the properties for which the mailing address should be updated by clicking on the check box as shown below

Note: The change mailing address screen will only display the list of properties under the registered owner using Assessment & Tax eProperty.

3. Choose one of the following options:

Option A – For mailing addresses within the City of Regina, complete the New Mailing Address Lookup.

 

Option B – For mailing addresses outside the City of Regina, complete the New Mailing Address Freeform.

 

 

4. Select Submit button

A confirmation message will appear on the screen.

5. Select OK to complete request

 

Mailing addresses updated using the New Mailing Address Look Up (Option A) will be updated in the Taxation system immediately.

Mailing addresses updated using the New Mailing Address Freeform (Option B) will be updated in the Taxation system after being reviewed for accuracy.
