Utility bills

  • Find out how much you owe by:
  • Payments can be made:
    • through online banking
    • by signing up for direct payment from your bank account
    • by dropping off a cheque in the 24-hour Payment Drop Box located outside the front of City Hall
    • paying in person at Service Regina Cashiers on the main floor of City Hall

Parking tickets

  • Payments can be made:
    • online with Visa or Mastercard using the Online Parking Ticket Payment Service 
    • by dropping off a cheque in the 24-hour Payment Drop Box located outside the front of City Hall
    • paying in person at Service Regina Cashiers on the main floor of City Hall

Building Development and Public Consultation

  • Public notices on development applications will still be provided as usual.
  • Residents will be notified when feedback is requested on specific projects.
