Southeast Regina Neighbourhood Plan
- The proposed “Southeast Regina Neighbourhood Plan”, once approved, will guide land-use, development and servicing (roads, utilities, parks, etc.) for lands in the southeast part of the City (between Victoria Avenue and Arcola Avenue, east of Woodland Grove Drive).
- Southeast Regina will include a diversity of residential types, commercial nodes and corridors, parks and civic facilities.
- The Southeast Neighbourhood Plan was approval by Regina City Council in September 2016 and is currently being reviewed by the Province. A copy of the most recent version may be accessed through the link below.
