Our new online service lets utility customers view information about their water, sewer, and recycling bills easily and conveniently.
Signing up is an easy 2-step process that starts with loggin in at www.MyAccount.Regina.ca.
Customers can receive email notifications when the bill is available, see their monthly bill online and review their payment history.
Mayor Michael Fougere says, "Utility eBill is a convenience for our utility customers. Also, haveing peoplee sign up for paperless billing will lower our environmental impact. And if we can get just 10% of our customers signed up for eBill, the City can save approximately $65,000 on printing and sitrbution costs. That makes wise economic sense."
To ensure customer informaiton is safe and secure, the City has met all legislated informaiton privacy requirements.
