City of Regina Archives
The City of Regina Archives were established in 1985 to preserve the City’s corporate records. The collection includes over 6,000,000 documents of legal, historical, administrative or financial documents that tell the story of Regina and its citizens.
This interactive timeline explores Regina and Canada from an Indigenous perspective, from pre-contact to present day, featuring stories and personal reflections of the city’s Indigenous residents alongside archival and historical material. For best user experience use Google Chrome.
Early Regina Photographs - More than 25,000 photographic prints, slides and negatives from the early 1880s to the 1980s.
Textual Records - 143 series of textual material amounting to 800 linear metres of records.
Architectural Drawings - More than 8,000 sets of plans and drawings.
