MyAccount allows residents to sign up and access their utility account and property tax information online.

How can I sign up or register for MyAccount?

  1. Visit MyAccount
  2. Click the Sign up now link, enter your email address, then click Send verification code button. Do not close this page.
  3. Enter the verification code that was sent to your email, then click Verify code button
  4. Once your email address is verified, create your password. It must be at least 6 characters with 3 of the following:
    • An uppercase letter
    • A lowercase letter
    • A number
    • A symbol

Click the Create button.

 

I followed the steps to create a new account, but did not receive a verification code email.

Please check your email's junk folder to see if the message is there. If it is not in your junk folder, click the Send new code button and check your email again.

 

I’m trying to register for an account but get the message: "That code is incorrect. Please try again."

Please double check you have correctly entered your most recent verification code. If the code still does not work, you can click the Send new code button to get a new one. Ensure you do not close the MyAccount page during this process.

 

I’m trying to register for an account or reset my password but get the message "That code is expired. Please request a new code."

Verification codes expire after about 10 minutes. Please click the Send new code button to get a new one sent to you and try again.

 

I’m trying to register for an account but get the message: “A user with the specified ID already exists. Please choose a different one.”

This means the email address has already been registered for an account. Go to the login page and click the Sign in link, not the Sign up now link.

 

How do I reset my password?

Go to the login page, click the Forgot your password link and follow the instructions. Due to security reasons, Service Regina is not able to reset your password for you.

 

Is it possible for me to edit/add/remove an email address or social media account associated with MyAccount?

Log in to your current account, visit your Account Summary page, click the red Remove Account button and log out. Create a brand new account with your preferred email address or Facebook/Google account and then contact Service Regina to initiate the transfer of services.
