Affordable Fun Program
The City’s leisure, recreation, arts and culture programs help residents stay active and healthy. They also help us build new relationships and make new friends. That’s why we are offering reduced rates for our registered programs. The Affordable Fun Program ensures all residents can be included. It’s easy to apply for too.

The City has hundreds of great recreation and leisure programs to choose from such as swimming, arts and crafts, and sport and fitness. You can find them in our online guide at Regina.ca/LeisureGuide.
You are eligible for the Affordable Fun Program if your household income is less than the amount indicated below.

How to Apply
- Complete the Affordable Fun Progam application form and attach the required income verification. Incomplete applications will be returned and will identify what is missing.
- If you have questions about required income documents, please call the City at 306-777-7733 to discuss.
- Average time to process application forms is two to three weeks, so get your application in as soon as possible.
- Programs cannot be discounted retroactively.
Affordable Fun approval is granted until the end of the calendar year. Residents must re-apply every year.

Public Transit Discount
If you need help with transportation, the City offers a monthly public transit discount pass. Eligibility is based on enrolment in a provincial assistance program. Visit Regina.ca/DiscountTransit to find out if you qualify.
