Notifying Applicants

Upon receiving your application, Regina Paratransit Service (RPS) will review your eligibility and will consult with the professionals you listed in your application form. It usually takes 15 days before a decision is reached.

  • Approved If your application is approved, you will be notified of the decision in writing.
  • Denied If your application is denied, you will be notified of Paratransit’s decision in writing and the reasons why you were denied. You may also be denied service if you miss too many trips without cancelling or for unruly behaviour.

If you wish to appeal this decision, you must submit your appeal in writing before 30 working days to:

The Regina Paratransit Advisory Board will hear your appeal at their next regular meeting or within 30 days of receiving your appeal. The decision of the PAB is final. For specific details on how to appeal, contact the Office of the City Clerk at 306-777-7262.
