Choose your Payment Option

The City of Regina offers several different ways to pay your utility account:

Online or telephone banking

Contact your financial institution to set up your utility account for online/telephone payment.

Note: The City of Regina will assign a new utility account when you move. Inform your financial institution of your new 12-digit utility account number. Failure to make this change may result in your payments being applied to your old account/address.

Direct debit from your chequing account

The amount indicated on your monthly bill is automatically withdrawn from your account within 15 days after billing. To sign up for Direct Debit, review the Direct Debit Plan Information and complete the Utility Billing Direct Debit Application Form.

Budget Billing Plan Option

In order to qualify for this option you must have one year of billing history and your account must be paid in full.  To sign up for the Budget Billing Plan Option, review the Budget Billing Plan Information and complete the Utility Billing Direct Debit Application Form selecting the Budget Billing Checkbox.

In person at City Hall by cash, debit or cheque
