need to transfer? If you board a second bus within ninety (90) minutes of paying for your original
trip and paid for your trip using an Umo card, Umo mobile app or open payment - the smart
technology - in the system will identify your next trip as a transfer. Transfers are no longer
available for cash payments. Customers paying cash who need to transfer will be required to pay a
cash fare again when they board their second bus. Affordable Pass By partnering with the Community
Services’ Affordable Access Program, the Affordable Pass Program allows lower-income residents

Access Program. Fare Assistance Program The Fare Assistance Program provides eligible non-profit
organizations with bus rides and passes at no cost. Organizations are scored on how the
organization/program provides community support, the reason assistance is required, management and
accountability of usage logs and if the organization receives other forms of transportation

Park Street Upgrade Project
walks will be built on the east side of Park Street between 7th and 4th Avenue and on the west side
from 4th to Ross Avenue. Project Update - August 26, 2025 Ongoing
Work Most of the new sidewalk installation has been completed between 7th Avenue and 4th Avenue.
The remaining landscaping restoration is to be completed over the next week. Once landscaping has
been completed, the contractor will work with SaskPower to replace the street light cable between
