Traffic restrictions for Wednesday, August 7
Please be aware of the following traffic restrictions for Wednesday, August 7:
Pasqua Street – 25th Avenue to Parliament Avenue
This section of Pasqua Street will remain closed for up to five days while crews continue repairs to the sewer system. Watch for detours.
Arcola Avenue – Broder Street to Reynolds Street
Starting at 8:30 a.m. southeast curb and driving lane will be restricted up to two days for contractor work.
Ring Road Bridge and Albert Street on ramp
Starting at 9 a.m. the northbound right lane will have a lane and speed restriction for two days as crews complete drainage work.
Victoria Avenue – Albert Street to Cornwall Street
Victoria Avenue beautification project is moving to next phase. Drivers should expect delays and may want to consider alternate routes as traffic will be restricted to one lane in each direction.
Ross Avenue – Toronto Street to Winnipeg Street
Starting at 7 a.m. Ross Avenue eastbound will be closed for up to one day as crew replace a water valve.
Chuka Boulevard – Green Marsh Crescent to Green Brooks Way
Starting at 4 a.m. Chuka Boulevard will be closed for up to one day to allow for a crane to lift a portable classroom onto property. Watch for detours.
Albulet Drive – James Hill Road to Campling Avenue
Starting at 4 a.m. Albulet Drive will be closed for up to one day to allow for a crane to lift a portable classroom onto property.
McKinley Avenue – Royal Street to McIntosh Street
Starting at 6 a.m. McKinley Avenue will be closed for up to one day while crews repair the sewer system.
Ring Road Bridge over Victoria Avenue and Service Road
Starting at 4:30 a.m. the southbound Ring Road Bridge left lane will be restricted for up to 10 hours for bridge washing.
This work is dependent on weather and other unforeseen circumstances.
Transit riders are encouraged to check with Regina Transit to determine if any restrictions or closures impacts their routes or bus stops.
