Broad Street – 7th Avenue
Starting at 8:30 a.m. on Monday, September 13, work will begin to replace the traffic signals at the intersection of Broad Street and 7th Avenue.
This project will be completed in phases, starting with the installation of signal bases, underground work, installing junction boxes, traffic controllers, and signal poles, finishing up with putting the traffic signals into operation.
Work will be completed intermittently over the next six weeks and is dependent on weather or unforeseen circumstances.
Crews will focus on one corner of the intersection at a time, rotating through each as work progresses. Traffic may be restricted at the corners intermittently. Pedestrian access will be maintained.
The City of Regina thanks residents for their understanding and patience. Slow down, plan ahead and be safe. Workers and their families are relying on you.
Visit the Road Report for other traffic restrictions.
