Dalgliesh Drive – McCarthy Boulevard to McIntosh Street
Starting on Wednesday, April 28, a Street Infrastructure Renewal project begins along Dalgliesh Drive between McCarthy Boulevard and McIntosh Street to replace sidewalks, pedestrian ramps, curbs and gutters, as well as resurface the roadway to improve drainage, extend the lifecycle of the road and create a smoother driving experience.
Work will be completed in two phases starting with the concrete replacement for phase one, then removing and paving of the asphalt road surface for phase two. The City will advise residents of phase two restrictions as the work progresses.
Phase one is expected to be complete in five weeks. Drivers may want to consider alternate routes as traffic on Dalgliesh Drive will be closed in one to two block sections at a time. Crews will begin at McCarthy Boulevard and progress eastbound to McIntosh Street.
