Transportation & Parking
- Paratransit, a convenient way of getting to the stadium is given a priority on game days and during major events
- Guests with accessible needs will be dropped off right outside the stadium gates
- Close to 200 accessible parking spots are available in the following locations:
- Evraz Place/Mosaic Stadium grounds
- Sportplex parking lot (south lot)

Signage & wayfinding
- Braille is available on signage throughout the facility
- Attention was given to size, colour, and contrast of the signage
- The wide concourse makes navigating the stadium more comfortable
- Tactile wayfinding strips are located at all entry ways into the stadium, and lead from the sidewalk up to the doors
Assistive Listening Devices
- Mosaic Stadium is equipped with a hearing assistance system, using Listen Technologies Corporation
- There are 400 assistive listening devices available for use at Guest Services
Accessible and Companion Seating
- Guests requiring accessible seating will have many options to choose from, including spaces at all levels of the stadium
- There are 157 accessible spaces available throughout Mosaic Stadium, including 114 companion seating options
- All spaces are equipped with counter tops that are accessible height
- There are 72 power stations located in accessible spaces throughout Mosaic Stadium

- Standard washroom options located on all levels of the stadium
- 9 single stall, inclusive restrooms available throughout the stadium

Ramps
- Public, accessible ramps are located throughout Mosaic Stadium as another option for accessing different levels of Mosaic Stadium. These are code compliant ramps that are equipped with level areas at appropriate intervals.
Guest services
- Four guest services booths are conveniently located on the main concourse for guests to go to if they require additional assistance
Service Animals
