The City of Regina's Real Estate department is responsible for:

• providing central real estate information services for City-owned properties to all citizens
• selling City-owned industrial and commercial properties
• leasing City-owned land and buildings
• selling tax enforcement properties
• obtaining or providing easement rights, operating agreements and encroachments
