Please note that all ice rentals, including ice booked on a pick-up basis after the annual allocation process, are subject to the City's Ice Cancellation Policy. Returning unused ice by the applicable deadlines below helps maximize ice availability and creates additional booking opportunities for community organizations and user groups throughout the season. Please refer to the Allocation Policy link for detailed information.
- October ice: Return date passed
- November ice: Return date passed
- December ice: Return by November 15
- January and February ice: Return by December 15
- March ice: During the month of March, ice time may be returned without charge due to league scheduling changes, playoff progression, team elimination, and conclusion of the season.
