11th Avenue Reopens
The City has concluded the 2025 construction for the 11th Avenue Revitalization Project. 11th Avenue will reopen to vehicle traffic on Monday, November 10, between Broad and Albert Street.
This year, the City and SaskPower took major steps in completing this project, including upgrading underground infrastructure between Sinton Lane and Broad Street and rebuilding the roads and sidewalks from Broad Street to Lorne Street. The City will resume the final year of construction in spring 2026. Once finished, the 11th Avenue Revitalization Project will support our growing community by upgrading roads, sidewalks, lighting and aging underground infrastructure on 11th Avenue between Albert Street and Broad Street.
Transit stops downtown will remain the same with stops around Victoria Park, 12th Avenue and on Victoria Avenue. See TransitLive.com for up to date stops, routes and schedules.
