City of Regina Launches New Incentive Program to Support City Centre Investment

The City of Regina has officially launched the City Centre Incentive Program, offering financial support for business tenants and property owners undertaking projects in the City Centre area.

The program provides up to $50,000 in matching grants and property tax exemptions for up to five years, supporting a range of eligible projects including store-front improvements, tenant fit-ups and development of vacant lots.

Applications for this year’s grant incentives will open on July 2, 2025, and will be accepted until August 20, 2025.

The program supports the City’s strategic focus on economic growth, sustainability and creating a more connected and active City Centre.
