The City of Regina requires a Special Waste Disposal Permit to accompany all types of Special Waste including asbestos, potentially contaminated soil, animal carcasses or other materials deemed as such.

You can donate a tree or bench with a personalized plaque through our Legacy Program or choose from a variety of Plaque Memorial Walls that are each unique in style and design to place a personalized plaque.

Hydrant carts are available to rent by contractors who need a temporary water supply where water is not otherwise available. Hydrant carts can be rented beginning in spring, once temperatures become seasonal and collected no later than October 1, weather permitting.
