Starting March 1, paid parking downtown will transition to PayByPhone.
Visit Regina.ca/PayByPhone for simple instructions and support.
Paid parking is in effect Monday to Friday from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. Parking regulations, including posted restrictions and time limits, remain in effect 24 hours a day unless otherwise signed. On-street parking is free weekday evenings after 5 p.m., all day Saturdays, Sundays and statutory holidays, subject to posted time limits.
Downtown paid on-street parking is organized into two pay zones to better reflect parking demand, support turnover and improve parking availability across the downtown and its periphery areas. Pay Zone A, which includes most of the downtown core, is $2.50 per hour. Pay Zone B, which includes portions of the downtown periphery and lower-demand areas, is $1.50 per hour.
All paid parking spaces are subject to the posted maximum time limit. Time limits generally range from two hours to four hours depending on the location and parking demand in the area. Check the map below to see pay zone boundaries and applicable time limits. Time limits are also displayed on paid parking signage, PayByPhone meter bags and in the PayByPhone app.
Loading zones are restricted to a maximum 15-minute parking period and are intended to support active loading and short-duration commercial activity. Some loading zones are paid during regulated hours. Metered loading zone rates are $1.25 per 15 minutes in Pay Zone A and $0.75 per 15 minutes in Pay Zone B.

Did you know that as of November 1, if you have a motor home, tent trailer, fifth wheel trailer, boat, or other recreational type vehicle, it needs to be removed from your front yard? This includes driveways and front yard parking stalls. They are welcome to come back out of hibernation as of April 1.
