You can request a review of a parking ticket if you believe it was issued in error. A parking ticket cannot be reviewed under the following circumstances:

  • Faulty meter: please call 306-777-6374 with the meter number to report it.
  • A payment that was received after the 14 days or the early discount date is missed.
  • A parking Summons has been issued. You will be responsible for paying the outstanding balance or appearing in court on the specified date listed on your Summons.
  • Missing or expired registration tickets.
  • No need to pay as the ticket gets placed on hold at the current stage until the Review is completed. If the Review was received during the discounted period and the ticket is deemed justified, time will be given to pay at the discounted rate.

Reviews can be completed for tickets issued under a City of Regina or Wascana Centre only. If your ticket was issued under the University of Regina bylaw, please call their Citations Administration office at 306-585-5399.

Once the review request is received, the ticket will be placed on hold until you are contacted by our office with the results. Please allow 4-6 weeks for the review to be completed.

You will be contacted by email unless otherwise stated.

If your ticket has been verified as correct, please follow the payment options contained within the email or letter.

If you disagree with the decision of the ticket review, you may appear in court to dispute the ticket on the scheduled date that appears on your Parking Summons. If the ticket is paid prior to a summons being issued, it is considered an admission of guilt and a summons will not be sent out.
