Reflection Benches

To support positive conversations regarding mental health, the City has partnered with the Canadian Mental Health Association to install ten “Reflection Benches” in Regina parks throughout 2022 and 2023. Each “Reflection Bench” reminds residents they are not alone and provides direct access to the above list of available supports.
