City Invites Input on 2027-28 Budget
City of Regina residents are invited to share their priorities about the investment of municipal tax dollars.
Residents can offer input on the upcoming 2027-28 City budget by participating in the City’s biennial Pre-Budget Survey. The survey will be available online at Regina.ca/PreBudget from April 1 to 30, 2026.
“The survey encourages residents to share their priorities and expectations, weigh in on the City’s financial direction and offer feedback on how potential investments align with the City’s strategic priorities,” said Jeff May, Director, Financial Planning & Analysis.
The City budget allocates general operating funds, which support the more than 60 services the City provides to residents, as well as resources for capital investments and projects across Regina.
To inform Council’s decision-making, a summary of resident feedback will be provided to City Council in advance of when budget deliberations begin.
