City of Regina Accepting Proposals for GM Plant
The City of Regina is now accepting proposals from qualified firms or individuals interested in the purchase and redevelopment of the City-owned property at 1250 Winnipeg Street, commonly referred to as the GM Plant.
“The City is excited to make this opportunity available to private developers. We are eager to see this site return to active use in the community,” said Chad Jedlic, Director, Land, Real Estate & Economic Development.
This approximately 300,000 square foot building is vacant and is currently not fit for occupancy.
