Regina’s Fall Leisure Guide Launches August 4
The City of Regina has launched the Fall 2026 Leisure Guide. The guide can be viewed online today, while registration opens on Tuesday, August 11 at 7 a.m. for verified Regina residents and Tuesday, August 18 at 7 a.m. for non-residents and non-verified residents.
“With more than 1,500 arts, adapted, wellness and recreation programs available this fall, we're making it easier than ever for residents to get moving, learn something new and build healthy habits," said Diana Burton, Director, Recreation & Cultural Services. "From preschool programs to adult fitness and adapted recreation opportunities, the Fall Leisure Guide offers activities that help make Regina a vibrant and active community."
The City is introducing several new programs this fall. These offerings include Learn to Lift, a 2-hour class, which will teach participants how to use strength and conditioning equipment in the weight room at the Fieldhouse or the Rise & Grind early morning drop-in class. As well, Preschool Engineering Makers at the Neil Balkwill Civic Arts Centre, will teach children three to five how to build and upgrade simple models. Also kicking off this fall is a free six-week wheelchair curling program for beginners at the Caledonian Curling Club.
Classes fill up quickly, so residents are encouraged to register early and make sure to add classes to their Wish List before registration day. Visit Regina.ca/LeisureGuide for full program details and registration information.
By verifying their address, residents gain access to class registration early and pay lower fees than non-residents. Verification can be done with valid photo ID at any City of Regina leisure facility or at the August 5 Regina Farmers’ Market pop up. Residents only need to verify their current address once.
