City of Regina | Park or Easement Access Permit

After you have submitted your application, we will make arrangements to meet with you at the site to establish the current condition of the easement, along with an access route. Your permit will then be issued.

As part of the permit, you will be responsible for maintaining the current state of the easement. Once the work is complete, you must contact the City, who will then visit the site again to ensure no damages occurred. If damages did occur, the applicant will be responsible for all repairs and associated costs.
