Effective August 23, there will be schedule changes to the following routes:
- Route 2 - Wood Meadows/Argyle Park
- Route 4 - Hillsdale/Walsh Acres
- Route 18 - University/Harbour Landing
- Route 21 - University/Glencairn
Victoria Park will remain Regina Transit’s primary downtown transfer point. Customers can continue to use the Victoria Park stops they are familiar with. Please refer to the updated Victoria Park map above.
The following routes will return to 11th Avenue, providing additional downtown access and connections while maintaining Victoria Park as the central downtown transfer location.

Albert Street northbound detours via 5th Avenue, Angus Street, 6th Avenue, Robinson Street, and 5th Avenue, then returns to regular route. (Unknown end date)

From Lorne Street, travel on Saskatchewan Drive, Hamilton Street, 12th Avenue, and Broad Street, then return to regular route. (Nov. 2 at 7:00 a.m. to Nov. 4 at 5:00 p.m.)
4 Hillsdale
From 11th Avenue, travel on Hamilton Street, Victoria Avenue, Lorne Street, 12th Avenue, and Smith Street, then return to regular route. (Nov. 2 at 7:00 a.m. to Nov. 4 at 5:00 p.m.)
4 Hillsdale
From 5th Avenue, travel on Robinson Street, 6th Avenue, Angus Street, and 5th Avenue, then return to regular route. (Unknown end date)
6 Westhill
From Henderson Drive, travel on McDonald Street, Ring Road, take the Winnipeg Street northbound exit, continue on Winnipeg Street, then return to regular route. (Nov. 2 at 9:00 a.m. to Nov. 10 at 7:00 p.m.)
7 Whitmore Park
From Fines Drive, travel on Thompson Avenue, Hunt Crescent, and Brown Street, then return to regular route. (Unknown end date)
8 Eastview
From 6th Avenue, travel on Lindsay Street, 7th Avenue, and McDonald Street, then return to regular route. (Until Oct. 30 at 5:00 p.m.)
10 RCMP
From 2nd Avenue eastbound, travel on Grey Street and 4th Avenue, then return to regular route. (Until Nov. 6, 2026)
Use the temporary stop at 4th Avenue and McIntosh Street as your time point.
10 Normanview
From 4th Avenue westbound, continue past McIntosh Street
