The Park Street Upgrade is a major project that renews an important trucking route and adds new sidewalks on both sides of the railway to help connect nearby residents to local businesses and transit stops. These new sidewalks will be built on the east side of Park Street between 7th and 4th Avenue and on the west side from 4th to Ross Avenue.
