Shared e-Scooters Are Back in Regina
s the single vendor for the Shared e-Scooter Program, providing 500 e-scooters across Regina.
Residents can find a link to download the Neuron app on Regina.ca/Escooters. This project page also includes rules and regulations that
will remain in place for the 2025 season to help ensure the safe operation of e-scooters. These
rules include: One rider at a time. No passengers are allowed. Helmets are mandatory. Riders must
be at least 16 years old. E-scooters are allowed to operate on multi-use pathways, bike lanes and
on roads that have a speed limit of 50 km/hr or less. The maximum speed limit for riding on
roadways and bike lanes is 24 km/hr. ...
