Important Notes: If delays occur due to factors outside your control, you may submit a written request for an extension. Only one project proposal per business entity is permitted. (A business entity is defined by its legal registration recorded with ISC, not by the number of operating locations or business names. Multiple locations operating under the same ISC‑registered business entity are considered one business entity and are eligible for one EAIP application. Business entities related to any business entity already approved under the EAIP program are not eligible to apply for EAIP.)
