The City of Regina can only review tickets issued under the City of Regina or Wascana Centre Authorities. If your ticket was issued under the University of Regina, please call the University Parking Office at 306-585-5555.
A parking ticket cannot be reviewed under the following circumstances:
- If the meter you were parked at was faulty. Please call 306-777-6374 with the meter number to report it.
- A payment that was received after the 14 days or the early discount date is missed
- A parking summons has been issued. You will be responsible for paying the outstanding balance or appearing in court on the specified date listed on your summons.
- Missing or expired registration tickets
You can request a parking review online or in person at City Hall, 2476 Victoria Avenue. Please note that you will receive an email confirmation once your review has been submitted online.
Please allow two to four weeks for the review to be completed. You will be contacted by email unless otherwise stated.
If your ticket has been verified as correct, please follow the payment options outlined in the email or letter. If you disagree with the decision of the ticket review, you may appear in court to dispute the ticket on the scheduled date that appears on your parking summons.
If the ticket is paid prior to a summons being issued, the outstanding penalty is considered resolved and a summons will not be sent out.
