The Warehouse District in Regina is evolving from its industrial roots to a vibrant mixed-use area with increased traffic, new businesses and expanding residential spaces. To support this growth, the City of Regina has initiated several planned developments, including the Dewdney Avenue Corridor Revitalization Project, the Yards Neighbourhood development, and potential downtown connectivity enhancements.
These projects need proactive parking strategies and traffic assessments to accommodate the needs of residents, businesses, and visitors. In response, the City has contracted KGS Group to conduct a comprehensive Parking Study encompassing both the Warehouse District and the proposed Yards Neighbourhood.
