Code of Conduct and Disclosure Bylaw
The Code of Conduct and Disclosure Bylaw was established to provide rules and guidance for civic employees and persons appointed by Council to Committees, Boards and Commissions.
- A number of senior executives are required to disclose their land holdings.
- Members of the boards/committees/commissions are required to disclose their land holdings.
- Members of Council are exempt from the bylaw as there are requirements in The Cities Act which apply specifically to them.
