The City of Regina is reviewing the Regina Animal Bylaw to ensure it aligns with best practices and addresses residents’ expectations for animal licensing and control.

The Office of the City Clerk keeps the latest version of each bylaw on file and will provide a hard copy upon request. There may be a cost associated with a request to print a bylaw.
Code of Ethics Bylaw
The Code of Ethics Bylaw sets out a process for dealing with violations of the code and possible sanctions for members of Council.
If you wish to file a complaint about an elected official’s conduct or ethical behavior that falls within the jurisdiction of The Code of Ethics Bylaw, the following is required:
- Complete the Code of Ethics Request for Investigation Complaint Form
- Submit the completed complaint form to the Integrity Commission
