The Office of the City Clerk keeps the latest version of each bylaw on file and will provide a hard copy upon request. There may be a cost associated with a request to print a bylaw.
Education Property Tax Bylaw
The Education Property Tax Bylaw allows the City to levy and collect taxes on property in the City in accordance with the mill rates set by the Ministry of Education and the Board of Education of the Regina Roman Catholic School Division No. 81 of Saskatchewan.
