The Office of the City Clerk keeps the latest version of each bylaw on file and will provide a hard copy upon request. There may be a cost associated with a request to print a bylaw.
General Penalty Bylaw
The General Penalty Bylaw was established to provide penalties the courts may impose upon any person convicted of contravening a bylaw of the City of Regina. This bylaw fills the gap that exists where a bylaw does not provide any penalty of fine or imprisonment.
