The Subdivision Bylaw was established to regulate and control the subdivision of land in the city.
- Application for approval of a subdivision is outlined in Part I.
- General provisions for the subdivision of land is outlined in Part II.
- The City shall post public notification signage on all properties affected by an application during the entire Application review process. The applicant shall be responsible for the cost associated with the signposting process.
- Restrictions may apply to residential subdivision applications.
